Trustrade Consulting Group performs on-site supplier audit programs, product inspections for importers to secure their supply chain and to ensure the product and suppliers meet the highest quality standards for the destination market. Our comprehensive inspections processes ensure that the product’s safety, functions, workmanship, style, color, packing, packaging, marking, labeling, structure, size measurements and quantity are matched with your specifications and requirements.

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)

During the PSI, we cover all possible on site checks of your products: Product appearance (AQL), workmanship, safety and functionality, quantity, assortment, colors/measurements/ weight, accessories, labeling & logos, packing & packaging, and any other special requirements you may have.
Our team of experienced inspectors randomly selects a specific quantity of completed products, according to AQL tables, and inspects them according to your specifications, requirements and according to our protocols and expertise

Pre-Shipment Inspections are the most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment’s quality level. It normally requires the production to be 100% complete and at least 80% of goods to be packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.

Our inspections are performed using specific criteria based on each product’s style, function, specifications and other important information. We have over 1300 check lists for different products that provide the criteria needed to find your products defects.

During Production Inspection (DPI)

Product appearance (AQL), workmanship quality, size measurements, weight check, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling & logos, packaging, packing and other tests and special requirements, depending on the product and the export market. The During Production Inspection (DPI) will also cover the raw materials, unfinished products and the planning of production.

DPI inspections are used to check the product early on in production and make sure that they conform to the client’s standards. As production is early state, the defects can be addressed so that the defect rate for the rest of production is lowered. We are able to check the production schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to your shipment schedule, so as to maintain a punctual and accurate shipment.

We will intervene in the middle of the production process, we check if the quality of your products reaches your standards and we make a statement of your production schedule. We inspect the actual production volume to avoid any delays in your final shipment. At this stage, you can still modify the production protocol and still be on time with your order in case of problems.

Production Monitoring

For your important or time sensitive productions, our accredited inspectors can stay at the factory throughout the production for weeks or months.While onsite our inspector will constantly monitor the production, confirm schedule, supervise the factory’s internal quality control, conduct random inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and prepare a detailed report.

We check different production lines and manufacturing processes and will give advice to your vendor and factory while also checking the manufactured products. Production Monitoring (PM) will take place during production. You are the one to choose how many man-days you want to allocate our Chinese inspector(s) per project.

The Product Monitoring (PM) is possible all throughout the production process and you might need it after a failed inspection or right after 10% of the production is finished to get the production line in conformity with you standards.

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)

Container loading Supervision is a critical step in the delivery of your goods. A good quality product can be poor quality and unsalable if it is loaded incorrectly when it arrives. By conducting CLS, mistakes such us wrong products, incorrect quantities, wet goods & gift boxes or a wide variety of other defects can be avoided. Quantity check, packing list check, the container conditions, the process of the loading (cartons conditions, filling-up level etc), a quick look at the packaging & packing of your products.

We take careful steps to make sure that you receive “your” products and that they are in the same condition that they were when loading began.
